ENERCO Hybrid Plant
ENERCO hybrid power plant in NEOM, KSA combines 5.5 MW of solar power with 13 MW diesel generators for a robust and flexible energy solution.
The ENERCO hybrid power plant project, situated in NEOM, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is a landmark in sustainable energy development. This project features a 5.5 MWp solar power plant designed to harness the abundant solar energy in the region. The solar installation is complemented by a sophisticated hybrid controller that seamlessly integrates solar power with conventional energy sources.
The power plant also interfaces with 13 diesel generators, each contributing to a total capacity of 13 MW. This hybrid configuration ensures a reliable and continuous power supply, capable of meeting high energy demands and mitigating the intermittency associated with solar power.
Alqaimary for Electromechanical Works has expertly installed, tested, and commissioned this state-of-the-art hybrid power plant. The project stands as a testament to their capability in executing complex energy projects and advancing the renewable energy infrastructure within NEOM. This hybrid power plant not only supports the sustainable energy goals of the region but also sets a precedent for future hybrid energy projects.
