The Jordanian electrical and mechanical engineering company, Alqaimary for Electromechanical Works, has partnered with leading British Solar PV module producer, UKSOL to form an exciting new joint venture company in KSA, that promises to transform the solar energy landscape in the region.
The new JV company is called the Sustainable Power Company LLC (CR number 7034050455), and comes under the group trading name of UKSOL Energy KSA (www.uksolenergyksa.com).
This strategic collaboration brings together the expertise and resources of solar industry leaders to deliver cutting-edge renewable energy solutions, further contributing to Saudi Arabia's ambitious vision for a sustainable and diversified energy sector. The joint venture aims to leverage the strengths of both companies to install UKSOL solar modules, develop, construct, and deliver large scale solar energy projects that will significantly increase the availability of clean and reliable renewable energy across the Kingdom.
The two JV companies have very different solar industry experience which combined will bring a complete approach to delivering large scale utility solar PV projects. UKSOL is the leading British producer of solar PV modules and Alqaimary for Electromechanical Works has extensive practical engineering experience installing solar PV power plants, piling and constructing electrical sub-stations. They also provide a complete end to end service as an EPC company.
